The 1mm alloy floor is predrilled and cut out to match the lowest body line.

Here I am putting black silicone on the floorside of the chassi to prevent noice between chassi and the alloy sheet metall floor (the chassi is upsidedown).

This is the front section of the floor. As you can see, it is alot of rivets!! I use a air driven "LOBSTER" riveter.

The chassi is turned around again with the floor down. Looks great!
