I have arrived to my friend Kjells place. Kjell have a company named Svensk industi composite. He is going to be my mentor and support me with expertice during this moulding process.

We started to paint one side of the fenderplugg with two layers of black mould gelcoat. The fiberglass is lying beside it, and waiting for the gelcoat to get hard.

2 layers with (300gr/m2) fiber glass is applyed together with polyester plastic, even upon the side of the splittingboard.
